arrow Philosophy

The philosophy at Kinetic Three Sixty is to develop, for each individual, an appropriate support package centred entirely around the athletes needs and sports specific requirements. To deliver this to the highest standards we strive to create an effective and performance driven coaching environment through which we can apply our expertise and skills to deliver innovative and exciting strength and conditioning training.

Our approach is firmly rooted in our understanding and ability to apply human movement science, functional anatomy and the latest exercise science. Our ultimate goal for every athlete we support is to help them to reach their optimum performance and potential.

Our advanced understanding of human movement allows us to work with athletes in any sport.  Through a structured process we will assess the individual, analyse the sport, discuss any specific requirements with the athlete, technical coaching team and support staff and implement a strength and conditioning program which meets the agreed objectives.

Kinetic Three Sixty's approach has been dynamic and proactive helping me to continue to raise the bar in distance running and pushing me towards 2012

Tim also prides himself on an innovative approach and his ability to build effective relationships with his athletes who are fully integrated into their performance development. This in particular has led to the current and successful relationships with 3 Paralympic athletes.
