Kinetic Three Sixty use Corrective Exercise Strategies (CES) to provide highly successful and long term prehabilitation and to support performance enhancements. The ability to do this is something which sets us apart from many other trainers.
The demands we place on our bodies, whether through sport or our chosen lifestyle, can cause the development of faulty movement patterns.
This essentially is a change in the structural alignment of the body caused by muscles either becoming over or under active. If ignored these kinetic chain imbalances will decrease performance, increase the risk of injury or cause problems with recurrent injury.
From a performance sport perspective, a faulty movement pattern can significantly affect an athletes ability to maximise their training and competitive gains.
Without taking measures to achieve optimum kinetic chain alignment an athlete will never maximise their endurance, speed, strength or power in training or the competitive arena.
The Solution:
Using a detailed screening process we are able to accurately identify neuro-musculoskeletal dysfunction, develop a plan of action and implement a corrective strategy. This strategy would be effective in preventing injury, reducing the risk of re-injury or preparing an individual to return to higher intensity training, competition or lifestyle.
Using techniques designed to re-educate the body, corrective exercise training will address the imbalances and recondition each athlete. The result being an athlete who has a lower risk of injury and who is ready to enjoy some real performance improvements.
