We specialise in providing athlete and sport specific strength and conditioning services to Paralympic and disabled athletes. We cater for individuals or squads at all levels of the performance pathway.

The cornerstone of the support we offer is our ability to develop and deliver highly innovative training programs and strength and conditioning services which are centred around the athletes individual needs.
In addition we endeavour to build successful relationships in which coach and athlete work in partnership to develop and implement our training programs. It is essential that our disabled athletes are given the opportunity to communicate their needs, requirements and abilities which enables the strength and conditioning coach to work with the athlete to select and adapt exercises to ensure the potential for maximum performance adaptation.
Kinetic Three Sixty is currently providing strength and conditioning support to the following athletes as they prepare for the London 2012 Paralympic Games.
Richard Whitehead: T42 200m World Champion and World Record Holder. Richard is also the world record holder for a leg amputee over the marathon and half marathon distances.
